practical.
For businesses
like yours.

Most teams don't need another AI presentation. They need someone to cut through the hype, work out what's actually worth doing, and help people use the tools they buy. That's what Vyrion does.

The challenge

Most SMBs are stuck in the same place

They know AI matters. But knowing that and knowing what to actually do about it are different problems. Most businesses are sitting somewhere between those two things.

"I don't know where to start." There are hundreds of AI tools and no clear path. Without a guide, it's easy to waste money on the wrong ones.

"My team won't use it." Buying AI tools is easy. Getting staff to actually use them confidently is the part most businesses skip.

"Enterprise consultants are too expensive." The big firms build for big companies. SMBs need practical advice at prices that make sense.

"I'm worried about falling behind." 83% of growing businesses use AI. Only 55% of declining ones do. That gap is widening. (Salesforce, 3,350 global SMB leaders)

"I don't think AI applies to my business." Among businesses with fewer than five employees, 82% say AI isn't relevant to them (US Census Bureau). Almost all of them are wrong. The use cases exist in most businesses; they just haven't been pointed out yet. That's what we do.

What we do

Where we help most

We start with clarity on what's actually worth doing, then help your team build workflows they'll still be using six months later.

01

AI Consulting for SMBs

We work directly with you to find where AI will actually make a difference, then help you put it in place. No enterprise pricing, no six-month roadmaps that look good in a deck.

  • AI readiness audit: where you are and what's worth doing first
  • Tool selection tailored to your workflow and budget
  • Hands-on implementation and integration support
  • Workflow automation to cut hours of manual work weekly
  • Ongoing fractional AI advisory (monthly retainer option)
02

Hands-on adoption & capability

We help your team build real habits through practical sessions built around your actual workflows. Not slide decks. Guardrails that fit your policies (GDPR, POPIA), and tools your team will still be using on Monday morning.

  • Facilitated working sessions grounded in real tasks, not generic demos
  • Templates, prompts, and light automation your team owns
  • Practical oversight for managers: who's unblocked, what to standardise next
  • Optional ongoing check-ins as you expand use cases
  • Clear handover so you're not dependent on us long-term
Advisory

Need a trusted technology adviser — beyond AI?

Advisory is different from consulting. It's the ongoing relationship for every technology decision your business faces: software, vendors, hiring, strategy, and yes — AI too. Independent. On your side.

Why Vyrion

We're not a big consultancy.
That's the point.

Enterprise AI firms build for enterprise budgets and timelines. Vyrion is built for how small businesses actually work.

No jargon, ever

We explain AI the way a knowledgeable friend would: plain English, real examples, no acronyms you don't actually need.

Fast time to value

We start with quick wins. You'll see results in weeks, not after a six-month discovery phase that produces a deck and bills you for the time.

From advice to real change

We don't hand over a report and disappear. Every engagement is built around making something actually different in how your business operates, not just a set of recommendations that collect dust.

SMB-honest pricing

We price for businesses that have to watch what they spend, not startups sitting on a runway. Free consultation before you commit, transparent costs throughout.

Local context, global thinking

UK GDPR, South Africa's POPIA, whatever applies to your business. We don't hand you a generic template and call it done.

Built for growth

Start with one thing. Add more as you're ready. Consulting and advisory both scale with your business, so you're never paying for more than you need right now.

FAQ

Questions we hear all the time

If yours isn't here, ask us on the free consultation call.

What exactly is AI consulting for small businesses?

It means working with someone who looks at how your business actually operates and identifies where AI will genuinely help, then helps you put it in place. We work with businesses that don't have a full internal tech team and want someone independent who'll give them a straight answer.

We're not technical at all. Can Vyrion still help us?

That's exactly who we work with. No technical background needed. If your team can use email and Google, they can use the AI tools we'll introduce. We translate everything and work at a pace that makes sense for your team.

How long does an AI consulting project take?

Most clients see measurable results within 4–6 weeks. We usually start with a focused 2–4 week project to show what's possible, then build from there if it's useful. There's no minimum commitment. One engagement is fine.

What AI tools does Vyrion recommend for small businesses?

It depends on what you need and what you're already using. Commonly we work with ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Zapier, Make, and Notion AI. We don't recommend tools we haven't tested in a business context similar to yours.

What's the difference between AI Consulting and Technology Advisory?

AI Consulting is project-based and hands-on. You have a specific AI challenge; we come in, do the work, and deliver an outcome. Advisory is an ongoing relationship: a trusted technical voice for the decisions that keep coming up as your business grows (software, vendors, hiring, strategy, and more). Not sure which fits? The free scoping call will sort it out.

Is my business data safe when using AI tools?

It's a real concern and one we take seriously. Part of what we do is help you configure AI tools to stay compliant with whatever regulations apply to your business (UK GDPR, South Africa's POPIA, and others). We won't recommend a tool without talking through the data implications first.

Do you only work with businesses that are already using AI?

No. Most clients come to us at the beginning. Starting from scratch is often easier than fixing a poor implementation. We work with businesses at every stage: those evaluating AI for the first time, those mid-adoption who are stuck, and those who have tools in place but aren't getting the results they expected.
