Leah writes about AI and small businesses for Vyrion. She's been covering the subject since before every software company added "AI-powered" to its homepage, and the main thing that hasn't changed is how badly most adoption projects are explained to the people doing the actual work.
Most of what she covers is practical: what tools cost, what GDPR actually requires versus what people claim it requires, why the productivity numbers that get cited in press releases don't always show up in real businesses. She reads a lot of government research because it's less exciting than vendor case studies, which is exactly what makes it useful.
South African businesses come up often in her work. The POPIA compliance questions are still pretty underserved in most AI coverage and someone has to write them up properly.
